Which plan should I choose?
Manual Import ($29) is ideal if you manage payments offline and just need bracket management. Pay-Per-Use ($19 + $4/player) is best for occasional tournaments with online registration. Unlimited ($99/mo) is best for clubs running multiple events - player service fees are covered.
What is the player service fee?
The $4/player fee only applies to Pay-Per-Use when players register online. It covers payment processing, notifications, and platform costs. Manual Import has no player fees. Unlimited subscription covers this fee.
What are credit card fees?
Credit card processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30/transaction) apply when collecting online payments. Manual Import avoids these entirely since payments are handled offline.
Can I switch plans?
Yes! Upgrade to Unlimited anytime. If you run frequent events, the subscription quickly pays for itself.
Is there a refund policy?
For one-time purchases, we offer refunds before your tournament starts - contact us within 48 hours. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
